Healing Garden Policies
Because we especially reserved time and accommodations for you, we ask that you kindly give us a 24 hour advanced notification for any rescheduling or cancellation of appointments.
The Healing Garden reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met.
Junior Garden-goers (age 16 and under) must be accompanied to the Healing Garden by a parent or other adult. They must also bring a signed guardian consent form which can be obtained from the spa, or downloaded here prior to the appointment.
As payment for spa services or retail, we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Healing Garden gift certificates, personal checks and cash.
Our gratuity policy is that tips are never expected but always appreciated. The recommended range is between 15% and 20% of the price of the service provided, but the amount is left up to your discretion. Gratuities can be paid in cash, added to your credit card or any personal check.
